Policies

Due to the unique used nature to the products, ALL sales are final and there are no returns.  

Keep in mind all items are vintage or secondhand, meaning they have been known previously. Garments and objects may have some signs of wear or imperfections due to age and the pre-known nature of the items.  Item descriptions include photos, tag size, measurements, material, and condition rating to assure proper representation of each piece. 

Previously Known reserves the right to cancel an order when necessary and in which case refund the customer on their form of payment.

Shipping & Handling

Please allow 1-2 days for an order to be shipped.  

All packages are shipped with tracking to make sure you receive your item.

Previously Known is not responsible for lost or stolen items after being shipped.

Please know that any delivery attempt issues or package pick ups need to be dealt directly with the carrier.   

International Orders 

International orders be advised there may be an extra duty tax charged in your country.  Please be aware of your country's policies, duty tax is not included in price and is not the obligation of Previously Known. 

Keep in mind that some countries restrict the import of worn clothing.
